Hydrogeology Journal (HJ) publishes articles about prominent men and women in the field of hydrogeology, in a type of article called ‘Profile of eminent hydrogeologist’. The subject of such an article has essentially completed their active participation due to retirement, or they are deceased. The article focuses on their achievements and the impact they have had on colleagues and on the science itself.
