Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing our membership secretary swarden@iah.org. However, to enable you to receive the full year’s benefit of the membership fee which you have paid including the annual subscription to IAH’s Hydrogeology Journal, cancellation will take effect from the end of the calendar year before our next renewal date (the membership year being 1 January – 31 December).
Refunds
As a UK based charity, IAH will not usually refund any membership payment, conference registration or donation received unless it is due to an error on either IAH’s behalf or yours (such as an overpayment or technical problem). Refunds are granted at the absolute discretion of IAH’s Secretariat. Such requests should be directed to our membership secretary swarden@iah.org.
