  Visual MODFLOW Flex Theory and Hands-On Applications

  Software Training. ​This four-day course alternates between lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises to introduce you to the modeling process including conceptual model development, numerical model implementation, model calibration, and model predictions.
  
  It presents the theory behind MODFLOW-2005 and its related programs (MODPATH, ZoneBudget, MT3D, and RT3D), and illustrates the practical development of three-dimensional groundwater flow and transport models using Visual MODFLOW.
  
  In addition, the attributes and usefulness of the latest versions of MODFLOW (2005, NWT, and USG) using Visual ​MODFLOW Premium (Classic and Flex interfaces) will be demonstrated, while WinPEST will be used to perform automated parameter estimation to evaluate the quality of model calibration.
