2025 Scottish Groundwater Conference
Groundwater in Scotland: Potential and Risks. The International Association of Hydrogeologists are pleased to announced the 2025 Scottish Groundwater Conference.
This one-day in person event will showcase current understanding and explore future priorities for groundwater in Scotland. We will explore themes of: groundwater regulation, groundwater extremes, groundwater quality, and energy.
Invited talks will be delivered by Prof Alan MacDonald (BGS), Isla Smail (SEPA) and Dr David Walls (TownRock Energy) - more to be confirmed!
And there will be lots of networking opportunities through roundtable discussions, poster presentations, coffee, cake and lunch!
