WATER4MED Summer School
Innovative Strategies for Climate-Resilient Water Management in the Mediterranean. The aim of the workshop is to encourage the mobility of young scientists, increase expertise, and enhance capacity building and know-how exchange. The workshop will be open to an international audience. Scientific issues to be addressed are structured in four modules, each one comprising a theoretical session followed by a practical session where attendees are expected to actively participate at exercises, problem solving and case study analysis. The workshop will be based on innovative tools and methods developed within the WATER4MED project (https://water4med.com), a PRIMA Project, and will target scientists and researchers seeking advanced, state-of-the-art knowledge and orientation on the subjects analysed below.
Eligible attendees may be young researchers and scientists with a sound background in Hydraulic Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related scientific discipline. The course will also be open to young professionals with a solid background in the topics covered by the Summer School. As the workshop will be conducted in the English language only, a good level of writing, speaking and comprehension is a prerequisite.Price: Participation is free
