2nd Islands Water Congress
Resilient Islands: Securing Water for Sustainable Development in a Changing World. Hosted by the IWRA and the Water Resources Authority of Jamaica, the Islands Water Congress is a global event dedicated specifically to freshwater challenges and solutions in island contexts. It brings together island governments, practitioners, researchers, and communities to advance practical, island-specific approaches to freshwater management.
In doing so, the Congress amplifies island voices in the global water dialogue.
Building on the success of the 1st Islands Water Congress, held in the Faroe Islands in 2024, the 2nd Islands Water Congress will continue to strengthen collaboration and knowledge exchange across island contexts.
More information on participation and engagement will be available in the coming weeks. We look forward to seeing you in Jamaica!.Organised by IWRA.
