Groundwater Hydrology and Hydrogeology
This 16-week distance learning course covers the principles of groundwater hydrology -- subsurface flow, storage, and transport, the role of groundwater in the hydrologic cycle, the relationship of groundwater flow to geology, and the management of groundwater quality and sustainability. The class, which begins in mid-August and ends in mid-December, includes video presentations, laboratory demonstrations, and computer exercises.
